how does seating at the millenium center work?

i heard that it wasnt that great considering the big pylons in the way and the acoustics

Yeah, unless you were directly in the middle it was difficult to see everyone on stage. I was on the right side and the speakers/column prevented me from seeing half the stage. Alas there was nowhere else to stand.

As for the audio, you heard correctly. The guitars were wayyy too loud in that mix. During some songs the vocals were completely drowned out, and the best sounding songs were the slower acoustic, melodic ones. The show was still good regardless.

i had no issue with the acoustics...then again i was standing next to the sound guy, so maybe that's why he didn't make any adjustments.
