Chuck has two fucking problems:
1) He has no idea how to "win" games. Recently I recall NC State surviving games. There is no "kill" in his team. If anything, a good coach makes the "right" decision when it's needed the most. You say the problem is the OC? I got a fucking newsflash for you... CHUCK IS THE BOSS OF THE TEAM. If there's a problem with his staff, that's his fucking fault. Why do you think the president of this country gets so much shit for stuff that's so far removed from his direct administration? The buck stops with Chuck, quit making excuses. Get me a coach with some fucking kill or some fucking balls.
2) Chuck is a failure at running a tight ship. See Akron. STUPID PENALTIES COST YOU.
