If you have a complaint go to student legal services. File it with the appropriate people. Don't send an email to them. They don't give a shit. File it with student legal which sends it to administration. Administration hates getting this shit because they have to respond to it AND you. It wastes their time. You want shit to stop... piss off an administrator. What's the easiest way to fix a cop who causes problems... fire them.

Damn, at least when the cops came by when we were propping the door open to get back into the lab after midnight, he informed us that we just had to lock part of our group in the building to let the rest of us back in when we got back from Kinkos.

Yep, same here except that I got my degree in ME.

I resolved about halfway through my college career to never donate a single cent to NCSU. I've gotten great satisfaction of telling them "No way in hell" every time they've tried to hit me up for money so far...I can't wait until I'm rich and powerful, so I can dangle more money and influence in front of them that they'll never get the slightest amount of benefit from.

State will fuck you nine ways to Sunday, make no mistake about it. I used to be an employee--and they fucked me in ways too numerous to mention here. Now, I'm a grad student and an employee--and they never miss an opportunity to fuck me over in some way. And I'm not just whining, trust me.

I'm on your side, but I do have one question: Have you tried Avent Ferry Complex or Honors Village? They are open 24 hours a day.

In any event, this University needs a fucking enema--starting with Stafford and flushing all the way through HR. The suits need a major wake-up call to understand the TRUE meaning of a student-centered environment. STUDENTS FIRST, MOTHERFUCKERS (AKA ADMINISTRATORS)! KNOW IT, LEARN IT, LIVE IT!
