No it's not. Hockey has a penalty that is similar. It is so easy to tear your leg apart by people doing that. I'd imagine that would result in tons of ACL injuries if it were legal.

I attended every single Florida/UT game when Manning was there and the game Brady had tonight reminds me SO much of how Manning's games against UF. So many tipped passes, drops etc.

I am a huge Patriots fan. I wish we'd win every game we played, but in reality, that will never happen. It would have been REALLY nice to win tonight, but we didn't, and honestly, it really doesn't matter. The Colts jump out to an amazing start just about every year. Every year people talk about how the Colts just might be the best team ever, and how they just might go 19-0, and how Peyton Manning just might be the greatest quarterback of all time.

Then, December comes and Manning and the Colts pretty much just fall apart. It happens just about every year. The games usually aren't even close (last year being a notable exception when they managed to lose a nailbiter to probably the worst team to ever win a Superbowl). The "machine" that looked so well oiled throughout the season starts to get rusty and fall apart. But somehow, everybody forgets history and once again believe the Colts and Tony Dungee actually have what it takes to win a Superbowl.

Mark my words, they will not. Yes, I would have loved to see the Pats win this game, but they did not. They had 5 turnovers and missed a chip shot field goal and yet still had a chance to win the game. They were not the better team last night, but if anybody here thinks that come December, the Colts will have a shot in hell at beating the Pats you are once again fooling yourselves. If they meet up in the playoffs, the Pats will win by double digits. If not, they will lose to Denver or Baltimore or Cincy or Kansas City or San Diego...... whoever they end up playing.

two of the interceptions came from him throwing into double and triple coverage with the safeties closing fast. you can't blame interceptions on the receiver when he's outmanned and overthrown. Those should have been thrown out of bounds.

The only team in the AFC that can compete with the Colts is San Diego IMO. They have already proven they can beat Denver and the Pats, beating both ON THE ROAD.
