I'm moving in July 2nd for a private landlord. I don't know any of my roommates, so it will be an adventure I guess. Do they give you an extra parking pass for guests?

you can use the pool across the street.
Parking is fine if you are there before 8:00.


The rooms are 10' x10' or 10 x 12'.
I get to campus and park in about 8 minutes every morning.

best decision i have ever made was moving out of that place!

i have been verbally harassed, my property has been threatened, and my car was broken into. not to mention the horrendous parties/ noise. people throw their cigarettes everywhere and you wake up to beer cans in the lawn.

not my type of place.

i must say that conditions have improved since i left one year ago. though the car break in was last month in the visitor parking.

my advice, find somewhere else to live.

what killed me about that place is that trailwood was widened and then all those no parking signs went up

I would never live at U Woods.

And pulling out in the morning doesn't seem too bad...but I can see how it would be worse if you are making a left onto Trailwood instead of a right.
