haha. quick story:

i went to that show with two of my friends. we thought to ourselves, "shit, we're going to see do make say think. we should get really stoned...but we'll have to sit through two opening bands and it may wear off by then...so let's get really really really stoned." i had never heard man man before, but just imagine stumbling into to the local 506 barely coherent and seeing five mustached gentlemen hooping and hollering like an undead tom waits across the room. mind: blown. i felt like i was in the beetlejuice movie or something. needless to say, i quickly became a man man fan. dmst was pretty awesome, too.
