One that looked bad was the start of the 1995 Indy 500. They had a crash on the frontstretch of the opening lap. It collected a bunch of cars of course. The guy that started the crash, Stan Fox, started outside row 3 in ninth. Fox spun and collected Eddie Cheever. His car was then pinned between Cheever's and the outside wall. The car exploded (as designed) but too much as the front of his Reynard was ripped apart and he proceeded to crash in the air and into the fence with his legs exposed. He was miraculously fine with only head injuries and a bruised heel. He never raced again though.

seen it a few times, couldn't find a clip or remember the names of the players, but there have been a few of pitchers throwing curve balls and breaking their arms. a few of these are worse but the idea of throwing a ball and just having your arm completly snap does not sound fun.

a good kick is performed using your shin, not your foot, and you are aiming to hit above the knee

however the defense to a kick is to "check" it, raising your leg and turning your foot outward so that their shin its your shin

the dude just continued with a full force kick instead of pulling up when he saw (or didnt see) the kick was being checked
