what about peugeot? does peugeot make their own stuff, or are they (were they) owned by another company...found an 84 peugeot diesel that looks promising...still runs, about 200k miles, don't know about the transmission...is this thing going to fall apart?

Might have a hard time finding parts, since I think the last year Peugeots were sold stateside was around 1990. I assume it's a 505?

old 300d non-turbo are are where its at - this one was $1800 - 131k miles - great condition - they're out there. really slow, but probably the best built car I've owned - it's a tank, as has been previously mentioned.



also - all hail the mb-tex vinyl - still no tears/wear after 27 years

old early 80s Mercedes Benz 300 series diesel
i want one as a beater!
i seriously do! they chug along forever!
