I realize Atsur's absence is killing this team offensively.


But Sidney is killing this team defensively with this stupid ass strategy.


Get it together before the nation turns on you.

i swear there was a stretch of 5-8 shots in a row clemson made on us, it seemed as if the majority were threes, our defense is just sooo bad, this is too frustrating to watch. I really hope its just our players, because if its Lowe's system, then i cannot handle watching this crap over and over again

It was the beginning of the second half.

We ended the first on a run cutting the lead to 1 at one point, ended at 4.

Then within a minute of the beginning of the second, we were down 10 again.

Killed the momentum.

well when they got that huge lead, like 18 or whatever, it was only like a 6-10 pt game, i cant remember the scoreline, but we were kind of in it, then all of a sudden the game was a blowout

Its not lowe's system.


Its lowe's attempt to make our legs last longer. We're capable of playing better D, but we dont b/c we dont have enough players and especially enough experience. This is an INCREDIBLY young team, which is the only thing keeping me in this. We knew we'd struggle this year.


Man I'd love to have 15 minutes a game from Brackman. At least just to stay agressive on both ends of the floor.

I swear everytime our guys would blow their coverage and leave a clemson player open it was going in. the way the game went, you would have thought clemson would have killed us in the number of 3ptrs made but it was actually 10-9. I guess quite a few of ours came near the end though. And how ironic that we shot nearly 10% better from outside the arc. Those damn missed layups/short jumpshots and turnovers killed us.

That will NOT happen for at least several years regardless, and I have a feeling that next year is going to be a huge change from what we are used to.

A lot of our almost comebacks would have, if our team had fresh legs for defense and offense, them pressing throughout the game hurt us more than them because they could sub players.

This is most likely what the entire season is going to look like...

switching will cause mismatches. you are right, because college players are not as big, fast or skilled as NBA players. They are not exploited as easily.

But BIG still can't guard small and Small can't guard big.

The bigs just need to "show" on the screens," give their teammates time to fight through.
