This has happened before and last time i just went to the RBC early and told them about the problem and they handed me a ticket and it ended up being a much better seat than i had originally with the system.

Last time I had to pick up tickets from NCSU I had to go to the Palisades building where the Wolfpack Club Office is. If you're heading from Blue Ridge down Trinity towards RBC Center you go THROUGH the light where it intersects Edwards Mill and it's the office building on the RIGHT across from the apartments.

Update: I finally got into my account but it says tickets are "on demand" but where you select them is "unavailable"

I talked to one of the guys (this was by phone, not at the ticket office). I told him my problem and everything, and he said that people are working on the problem right now, and that to keep checking to see if they appear. Then, if they don't appear, come by the ticket window when it opens at 6pm to get tickets. I told him about my guest ticket, and said that I didn't need proof to show that I purchased them (which I am skeptical about--so I obtained my account history for the sake of that).

So my advice is to keep checking to see if you get tickets, if not, then go to the ticket window before 6pm. Hopefully, someone can complain to student government about this online bullshit.

I have two STUDENT GUEST tickets that I paid $5 + transaction fee (~$5/ticket bc I paid $40 total for four guest tickets.

So, I have two GUEST tickets, section 127 ROW 14 for $10/ticket. PM for dibs.

I just spoke with Amanda Woolard, President of Student Wolfpack Club (which I know isnt part of the online problem). She told me she has fielded several complaints today and that she has called everyone she knows - she is also going to the ticket office early to make sure there are no problems with the GUEST tickets saying "NCSU Student ID Required."

A lady from the wolfpack club just called me back actually. She couldn't really help me, but she said that if we showed up at the game and explained the situation we could probably get tickets. No guarantee though, especially since we don't really have any proof we claimed them. She went on to advise that we print them out immediately in the future after claiming them.
