you guys are morons. there wasnt a point/rewards system in the old system b/c you had to stand in line forever in the first place. it already took some effort. somewhat weeded out the weak. this system welcomes the weak.

every game we have gotten 110 or 127. Anywhere in the front 10. This game we didn't even friggin win! 20 people signed up in our group so I see that could have been a problem. I am wondering if this second lottery will have tickets then i won't be pissed. If so then I'll have to do on demand. Sometimes I wonder. I have gone to EVERY home game...

I'd figure that they wont have an "on demand" period, all of the tickets will prolly be taken in the second lottery

hey guys, don't worry if you didn't get tickets

i'm sure some dipshit freshman who has never been to a game will be there instead of you on the front row cheering just as hard

311, row K.

This system is complete bullshit. I used to get up early on the weekend to go wait in line for good tickets to basketball games.

The old system was fine outside of the douchebag student government people stealing tickets which has now resulted in this POS system.

This pisses me off because of a few things that I know may or may not happen.

There will be people in the first three rows who will be on their cell phones. There will be girls in the first three rows that know dick about basketball and were dragged there. There will be NCSU students who will be douchebags and wear Duke gear in the first three rows. I'm not the loudest fan but I live and die with wolfpack sports and have attended every game in the last three years that I've been able to. All this does is punish me and people like me.

There should be a system in place that either rewards seniority to those who attend more games WITHIN THE RESPECTIVE SPORT or it should be first come first serve. All this does is promote people showing up 20 minutes before the game which ruins the atmosphere and helps to ensure that the better fans don't end up closer to the game.....where they belong. I'd have a better view of this game if I were to stay home and watch this on television which breaks my heart. Being a senior this kind of oppurtunity to see games this close up is dwindling and now I find myself at the mercy of a system which rewards people who do their homework at women's volleyball games and those who are just bandwagon lucky bastards.

This doesn't even cover the football policies.

I'm never going to give a cent back to this university.

although i agree with your opinions there, i doubt your lack of donations will cause much dismay

i think they get more funding than they can deal with (or deserve) anyway

actually, with some funding earmarked for student ticket distribution, this whole thing could be easily solved

a rich recent alum who realizes that online is absolute shit needs to give up some cash and bring back SUPERVISED ticket window atendants and physical tickets handed out at Reynolds

simple as that.

My saying that I'm not going to give anything back isn't out of spite.

It's out of disappointment.

I love this university but this truly breaks my heart.

I'll be looking down from section 315 saturday, only to see many undeserving people sitting in a seat that should have been given to me or quite a few other people on TWW who sign up and attend every game.

It's complete bullshit having to see some freshmen girl wearing a dress, face covering sunglasses and cowboy boots sitting courtside and i'm almost having to use binoculars just to see the game.

fuck this system, they better go back to rewarding people or first come first serve

ive been on the temp courtside seats for 3 or 5 games (including the reynolds game) ive been to this year, and there were def girls there that knew jack shit about bball, and some old parents that stood there with their arms crossed the whole time. Im just glad i got the bottom level seats, i feel sorry for you guys that got the shaft in the 300 level this time.

^^ Have you ever seen the minutes 'ol bartosz' did play in the red/white game or his limited scrub stints in our early cupcake games? He played very nervous, awkward and was not powerful, he did little to nothing that merited any play time then. Besides that hasn't he been red-shirted to save for next season and give him time to get his weight/skills up?

speakin of dumb girls who know nothing of basketball:

Clemson game, section 111....for some reason there is no Row N or O in that section, so we just move up a row since that row is empty. Well, 9 min. into the game some bitches come up and make us move b/c 3 of them show up. We have to move rows back b/c our row that we got tickets for wasnt even set up for some fuckin reason. Those girls sit the whole game texting on their phones and then leave with 10 min. left to go. We were SOOOOOo fuckin pissed

I think it sucks that so many of you are up in the 300's or left without tickets because it's true that some of the most diehard fans are on this board.

Before people trash me for saying this, just realize it is just a suggestion and I know why people choose to just go with the online system.

If you want a guarantee that you will have good seats as a reward for your loyalty, join swpc. I know people hate going to the volleyball, soccer, women's bball...but the point is that it is an option if you want to be rewarded for being a loyal fan...even just joining and going to the monthly meetings would pretty much guarantee you tickets. Most of you seem like you'd rather just test your luck with the online system and that is your choice...but before you go bashing the University for the way tickets are given out, remember there is another choice and way to get your tickets.

I agree swpc is an option but i like the idea of being rewarded for regular attendance within the respective sport as Fermata said. There can't be a full proof system that makes everyone happy but there is also no reason that someone who attends 1 or 2 games a year should sit courtside while someone who has been to most or all of the games sits in the 300's.

because technically that person that only goes to 1 or 2 games has just as much right to get those seats as you do. The only would be first come first served and then everyone has the same chance to get there early to get good seats. But then you would 1 person that would get there 3 hours early and be saving a space in line for 10 people or other stupid shit like that and it becomes a major hastle.
