To be fair, all the Duke fans except one fool were fine with admitting that the time issue was shitty.. in that case it had a direct impact on the game.

In the game tonight Miami could have shot 35 straight FTs at the end of the game and still lost.

didn't know what thread to put this in.... but it just pisses me off the way UNC runs up the score on teams.. Lawson pushes the ball up the court no matter what the score or time left in the game, they're jacking up 3's when they're up by like 30

i've heard excuses of players playing hard so they don't get replaced or subs getting game experience and all that bullshit, i just think its a lack of class

and I want to say this really has nothing to do with UNC, I hate when any team in any sport does this shit, it just so happens I see alot of UNC games so I notice it more

You're right... but lets be honest. They could possibly have about 9-10 draft picks on that team. They don't all get that much PT becuase they are so overloaded with talent.

Why should a team stop playing because they're up a lot when a 1/4 of the game has yet to be played? Should Roy have taken the players out at the 10 minute mark of the second half, giving them a chance to cut a 25 point margin?

State didn't stop playing against us in '02 or '03. Pretty sure you won by big margins and EVERYONE wanted to run up the score on UNC. "Take them while they're down" and "the fall of UNC." Heard it all before. Like you'd be sorry for crushing us in football.

That 'running up the score' thing is retarded. This isn't little league. It's major college basketball. If you don't like it, don't suck as much. Period... This goes for every team in every sport. I hope we beat UNC by 85 and keep our starters in the whole time rub it in their face.

no, but don't push it up the court and take a shot with 30 on the shot clock. Let it tick down some, pass the ball around, then take your shot. But if Roy is telling them to keep playing, then the players don't have much control over it.
