""During the course of the first half, he seemed like he was doing OK, but at halftime, he wasn't doing good at all," Towe said. "We all hope and pray that he's back out there tomorrow."

Towe also said Lowe wanted to come back out onto the court for the second half, but Wyker's[team doctor] recommendation stood.

"The word was he wanted to come back out onto the floor, but the medical people didn't think it was a good idea for him to do that," Towe said. "

haha. Sid wanted back in. Damn those medical people.

""He sat down and talked to me a little bit, just about the [ACC] and coaching in this league, at this level," Lowe said. "You really have to take time out and get rest, or work out, or get away from it.

"He asked me, 'What did you do for lunch today?' I said I was working. He said, 'Exactly. Take an hour and go work out, get away from it.' He said it will wear you down. He said, 'I know you as a player and I know you as a coach, and you're going to work all the time.' He was great.""

Nice job Roy. I wish you weren't such a class act, so I could hate you proper.

But I'll settle for just hating your school and team.

After reading that N&O article, my level of respect for Roy went up about ten fold. I still hope he loses every game for the rest of his UNC career, but I will no longer wish him death.
