We love it! It's the most amazing vacuum ever. We have two cats (one long haired) and 3 birds. This vacuum picks up everything and has yet to get clogged from all the cat hair and bird feathers (unlike our other vacuum that had a clogging problem right from the start). The carpet even feels brand new when you walk across it after vacuuming. The vac also has a great deal of handy dandy features and attachments. We have this vac for several months and as long as it continues to hold up, it's going to be worth every penny.
