I think it's pretty funny though. I dont know how many of you have been to franklin st. on Halloween or to either the fball or bball stadium in chapel hill, but their fans are pretty much all pussies. I've been over there and just talked an unbelieveable amount of trash and they have nothing other than "go ride a tractor" or something john deer related. The fact is that not many of their fans follow sports or have any kind of sports knowledge whatsoever. So when you start bring up statistics they pretend not to hear anything and not respond.

The point of all this is that I appreciate a tar heel fan who actually has some balls. As much as I can appreciate a tar heel fan to begin with since it is so damn easy to be one.

One of the UNC fans I was watching the game with asked me if Duke was still in the tournament yesterday. I also spent part of half-time explaining some of the game to her. At least she wanted to learn more about basketball.

i watched the game with all of my mom's side of the family. i was the only one in the room with a college education (with the exception of my cousin that graduated from uncg and is a duke fan but was cheering for state). they were all talking so much junk to me. i really wanted to bring up their educations and jobs but i chose not to cause unnecessary drama.

My grandfather is a die hard UNC fan. He had to drop out in the 8th grade to support his family. He can barely read still but ran a few successful businesses.

I totally don't give him crap about UNC. He's been a fan since the 40s. I think he earned his right to root for whoever he wants to given the amount of time he did.

UNC fans since yesterday can go to hell.

I work with a bunch of unc fans.


Half of them can't speak english.

They said their 2nd favorite team was Duke, cause they are good too. (They even mentioned that Duke used to be their favorite team)

Most of them didn't even graduate from high school.

I had to work yesterday during the game, and when I found out that we lost I was really bummed out.
These die hard carolina fans that I worked with decided to rub it in my face....if one of them wasn't my manager I would have gone off.

I live on the orange co/durham co. line on the orange side of it, and what's funny to me about all the redneck and farmer jokes they make our State grads is that there are more farms and tractors, etc. in Chapel Hill and right outside it than there are in Raleigh.
