As awesome as the atmosphere at the Marist game was, it looked like our rhythm was a little off and the 3's weren't falling. I hope it was a fluke and we have a great game...and hope they are not finally getting tired and going down for the count. I'm up for MSG if they win!

This sucks. The only 2 teams I care about left in any tournament just happen to be playing. State might be in trouble this game... IMO, WVU is the best team not in the NCAA.

We really have played two fairly poor games and still found a way to win. Our team is gaining valuable experience in this tournament.

haha yeah I was telling someone the other day about Fells nailing threes with his left hand in warm ups. It just proves how hard in game situations are. Gilbert Arenas hit 75 out of 100 3 pointers with 1 hand in a bet against Jamison. In game is a whole 'nother animal.

Again, ya cant say that you expect us to win. WV is probably the toughest team we will face on the way to the NIT crown as far as a matchup goes. Their guards are fast and can shoot the 3ball well. We all know how this team usually fares against strong backcourts that they have to defend the 3pt line against (not including that UVA game where Reynolds stunk it up)....

I think we need a win like this to get in a groove that would win us the NIT crown, you cant say that the talent levels of Drexel or Marist were really comparable to major conferences. Im not as wary of FSU/MissSt, Clemson, or Syracuse as I am of WV matched up against our current team. Costner and McCauley will have to come up real big for us. Not to mention that if we do somehow win this one, we wont have to play in their house anymore....
