First off I live in south Charlotte, and let me tell you, Walmart Nation was in full effect. They just keep adding fuel to my hatred of them. Quiet the whole first half, second half they wanted a foul on every offensive possession. I pointed out to one of them that Carolina didn't have one foul called on them and that the foul calls were getting pretty lopsided. Gibson's fifth foul was a fucking joke, I told them all to goto hell after the game.

I hope Georgetown mops the floor with them

My advisor went to school out of state but is from Winston-Salem, and his dad is a huge State fan. He told me a great story about an exhibition game during the Cold War where Carolina was playing the Soviet national team. My advisor's dad dressed all in red and rooted for the Soviets against Carolina.

I should clarify...

I had the ACC doing well in my bracket--four teams advancing to the Sweet 16. I like to see our conference do well, if only because I'm a big believer in proving the strength of our conference and through that, proving how challenging NCSU's regular season was.

All that's to say that, usually, I do cheer for the ACC. This year, however, I'm ABC...and for that, UNC can thank Tyler Hansborough and Ty Lawson.
