yes forgot... your body converts cholesterol into vitamin D with exposure of skin to sunlight. if you are dark, however, the conversion is less efficient. also, you need sunlight for this happen... it isn't just manufactured on its own without any input.

dude B6 is found in lots of foods.
what you MIGHT have read at one time is this: B12 is the only vitamin not found in plant foods, and hence must be supplemented by vegetarians.
