I really hope I can get up there for this game. I hear that MSU's campus is incredibly pretty, plus the Izzone is a great student section despite not entirely surrounding the court. The Breslin Center always reminded me of Wake Forest's Joel Coliseum. Similar capacity and setup, and both were built around the same time.

But think about it this way (especially being NCSU fans):

Honestly, I think we are doing more trash talking about Michigan State then there are about us. With the exception of the the few losers talking about how they should of gotten Duke or UNC, most of them seem to know what we know, this matchup should be a very good early season game between two teams that will def get some preseason hype.

Shit, they should feel lucky, like some of them pointed out, that they didn't get a crappy match up. They got a school with some basketball history and tradition. At least they didn't get somebody like Miami, or FSU. I was happy with last year's Michigan matchup, I didn't bitch about it, like I would have if we had gotten Northwestern or Minnesota. I was also very pleased to get to see Gene Keady in action at the RBC Center during his final year of coaching. If I go up there for the game, I could be a little bitch like the OSU fans, calling our stadium a high school stadium. If I catch some hell, I could say "you've got a nice facility here, it's like an overgrown small town civic center," but I'd never act like that. I try to act classy, and represent NC State to the best that I can, even when confronted with the occasional douchebag fan.

Didn't the Hornets have something like that back in the day when they were at the Charlotte Coliseum? It looked terrible. One thing I don't understand about their court is that all of the other Big Ten schools have the Big Ten logo in the lane, like the way all of the ACC schools have the ACC in the lane. Why do they get an exception and get to put SPARTANS there instead?
