^ haha... yeah. That whole routine was garbage. It was the most literal, trite dance routine I've seen on the show. And I hate that all the dancers thought they were actually doing something to change the world. Some of them even said as much in their opening dialogues. For example, Jamie said, "I'm going out there to change the world" before taking the stage. I will probably kill myself if I ever hear that horrible song again.

you don't think she was just making a play on words regarding the lyrics to the song??? i agree with you it was garbage (artistically), though i don't think it should've gotten such negative press from a political point--it's just a dance to a fucking song.

PS- I only watch this cause my wife watches it and I too ^^ liked watching Lauren. However I think this show is better than Ido because their is more true talent and harder work involved then memorizing songs and having good vocals.
