dunno. i know there are some crazy muddy as hell "highways" in that part of the world. not to mention all the snow. that's why my guess would be transport on those. i'll bet Igor knows.

^,^^ russian-built military transport, often used as a ballistic missle carrier. also some TATRAs, they are eatern europen of some sort but not russian.

haha i bet you the us-russia disarment agreement sent a ton of these to the auction

looks like some of them cut the last axle and part of the rear right off and make it a short wheelbase lol
