don't go to retentions unless you have to - if you really need it in the future it will be harder typically - for this you don't have to

ok i'm going into the sprint store this afternoon to make some changes

right now i'm on a 3 line family share plan but my line's 2 yr contract ran out so i want to get it off the family plan and transfer to a SERO plan but I read the store can't sign you up for SERO so if i want to keep the same number, i have to have some temporary individual plan until i switch over to SERO? or should i just drop off the family plan and cancel and get a brand new phone #/SERO plan

also SERO says unlimited Power Vision, is that the same as unlimited web data access? i want to get a smartphone so i want to be sure SERO has unlimited web browsing access

finally do these sprint email addresses still work for SERO or has Sprint caught on? does anyone here actually work for Sprint and can hook me up ?

unlimited power vision is the same as unlimited data access

sprint hasn't "caught on" - they allow it to happen

ok i cancelled my original line....gonna sign up with SERO now....i'm sticking with the Mogul unless there's something bad about the phone that cropped up recently

OK, earlier in the thread, I said that I might get a RAZR. I'm not now b/c everyone has pretty much dogged it. I'm looking at the Sprint phones right now on their website.

The three phones I'm looking at right now: LG Rumor, Samsung M500 & M510

My mom is going to get me a new plan next month for the b-day, and I just wanted to get ppl's thoughts on these phones.

I need help people.

Oh yeah, I'm also thinking about getting a Samsung Upstage. So there's another phone.
