Just got the bike towed to the Kawasaki place and they are fairly positive its fucked.

Going to have to wait and see what the insurance co says. If they dont want to cover the amount I paid for the bike + towing + my helmut. Then im going to get a lawyer.

is it financed?

if so, hope you got gap insurance. otherwise, your 1 day old bike is used.

As an update her insurance is going to pay for everything. Checks should be taken care of tomorrow.

Now the dilemma is finding another one. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to locate another relatively low mileage (10000 miles or less) ZZR1200. Ive looked around Craigslist, Ebay, zzrbikes.com, motorcycle trader and all and have not come up with any within a reasonable distance. The one that is in Wake Forest on Craigslist is sold.

Anyplace else I should check? Prefer black (technically Midnight Blue) if I have the option.

good to hear it's getting taken care of. good luck finding a replacement, i know they're hard to come by... much less in low mileage/pristine condition.
