this has always been my logic as well. I'll even take it to another level. The people that work on the Sunday cleanup crew are not full time employees. They are low income individuals, some in the past have actually been homeless, that count on the six or seven Saturdays in the fall to make a little extra income. I talked to a guy a few years ago that worked the cleanup crew so that he could provide somewhat of a Christmas for his children. So if you think about it, the more we cleanup afterwards, the less people needed for the job. At the end of the day by cleaning up you could actually be preventing someone from making an honest dollar, not to mention ruining Christmas for some kid. So go ahead and pick up your beer cans and empty Bojangles boxes. While your at it make sure next spring you tell that kid you killed the Easter Bunny also.

^ lame as hell.

There is probably plenty for them to do other than picking up your piles of garbage after a game. And dont even act like 'providing for the homeless' is even 1% of the motivating factor of the people that trash the place. The motivating factor is that they are thoughtless selfish human beings to begin with, and what little they can get away with doing is what they'll do.

w/o the litterbugs 50 mexicans would be w/o work the following Monday.

The police are too busy busting those criminal underage drinking instead of dealing
w/ a petty issue of trashing the environment. Besides everyone would just claim that
they were going to pick up their trash before entering the game. I pick up my trash
but i am not walking 200 ft to the trashcan everytime i finish a beer. I collect my trash
and throw it all away at one time.

Really? I didn't see them check for any IDs. I just saw them walk around and watch people and talk a little.

yeah, one of the frats got kicked out and lost ticket privileges for underage drinking in the fairgrounds lot. Now back to the trash, if you feel that sorry for them, why don't you just give them some one instead of them having to clean up after your lazy asses.

i think this is directly correlated to restricted tailgating time

yes, it is. If there were only more hours of tailgating time, we could have more hours to...

.... generate more trash and look more like classless slobs.

I paid attention to the trash this past game. It was horrible. our area was spotless, but the people beside us had bud light cans spread everywhere. people actually came up to us and complimented our ability to pick up after ourselves. of course i responded with the whole mexicans are going to clean it up gag, but they weren't amused.

it is a big deal though, and i wish people would use a little more consideration. it's not hard to throw a piece of trash into a can.
