in the slowed down version (thanks limpynuts) you can tell that its not making a full rotation, but really going back and forth...if you can't see it, scroll so that you are only looking at the bottom half of the legs (in the slowed version) and you can see them going from side to side, not fully around...


or just watch the foot in the middle closely...it never points directly at you

I just made it go the other way, but I cant see it doing it when I am sitting straight up. If I lean my head and body to the right and make my head parrallel to my desk, and my eyes perpendicular to the desk and look at it, it will change. No matter what I do, or how hard I try, I can not see it going clockwise while sitting normal.

First she started out CW and it took me a while to get her to switch to CCW.

But then it took me a while to get her back to CW and it is still very hard for me to get a transition... I have to stare at her feet (even though I'm an ass man) in order to force a transition.

People are quick to judge and call names.

If you look at the whole picture, you can make it rotate in either direction in your brain.

Like one of the cube or staircase pictures, where you can perceive two different things, and your brain makes it change automatically.

However, the real challenge is to make it happen on purpose. Initially I only saw her turning to her right (CW as viewed from top), but after playing with it for 5 minutes, I can make it switch at will, and can even view one rotation as CW and one after as CCW and so on. (alternating)

(I am talking at normal speed, not in the slowed down version)
