from what I saw/ the news report it was definitely not the drivers fault


- it was a green light
- the speed limit was 35
- it was dark (low visibility)
- the part where he got hit was on the crest of the hill( hardest spot for drivers to see pedestrians)
- skateboarding across hillsborough is pretty dangerous
- he was probably coming out onto the street from behind/ between 2 parked cars

when i got out of work around 9:30 that night, i saw some younger looking kids skateboarding. weird to think it was probably one of them who got hit

WTF was a 16 year old kid from APEX doing out by state at 10pm at night? AND why didn't his parents teach him how to cross the street safely?
