Eh for me it just seems like it gives me a lot better control over when I come as opposed to making me last TOO long. The first time sure it was kind of hard to actually finish but since then it's more been like I could just time it perfectly. Also seemed to make multiple times easier.

Sexual side effects, for drugs that have them, are probably some of the least consistent side effects out there.
