It depends on how you pronouce it...if you say it with the F sound the the ph is right...however if you say it with the V sound then the V is right


I can't stand it when people pronouce Lauren and Loren the same....Lauren is said like LARen and Loren is said like LORen...not the same....that's m2c

Okay but in all seriousness....you can spell it either way. It's one of those things, Saras and Sarahs don't get annoyed by people asking if they put an H or not when spelling it. I actually prefer when people ask rather than spelling it wrong. They best excuse they have is, OH I FORGOT TO PUT THE H!!!

Sara is a more modern version of Sarah but they both mean princess and they are both awesome names...


I think the real question is what middle name do you give her...Cause I'll tell you one thing Sarah Elizabeths and Sarah Beths are so common it makes me sick...I'm so tired of the conversation when I meet another Sarah being "So what's your middle name?" "Elizabeth" "Oh awesome, so is mine!!!" "OMG! I meet Sarah Elizabeths all the time! You're just 1 in a million to me!!"

well I know one of them is the masculine version, it was really a common sort of southern male name till EVERYONE started naming their little girls that, I swear I probably had 7-8 ashleys in my class in high school

Seems like some names just seem to go together. My aunt's name is Sara with a middle name Beth and my uncle calls her that.
