In the game where Peyton tied Marino's record, the refs then made a questionable out-of-bounds call on an interception return and gave Indy 1st-and-goal inside the 5 yard line. Manning could've easily tossed a TD to get the record and pump his stats.

Instead he took a knee, ran out the clock and sealed the win.

I've figured Brady out... he knows he has a good defense to back him up so hes fearless. Hes been chucking shit into double coverage all night... some of the throws have been just stupid (like the one just now to Moss in the end zone) but its almost like the other team doesnt expect him to even attempt the throws...
