something tells me that if RPD thought for a second you'd blow over .08 after the 2 hours or so that elapse between all the time they allow you for witnesses after they drive you downtown and process you then you would have been arrested.

its pretty obvious to me that you either werent drunk or that you were so close to under that he didnt want to waste his time. cause i know for sure they wont let you go just cause theyre about to get off work and dont wanna bother with you

Personally I hated those fucking 12 step meetings. painful as hell.. I always liked the open discussion and speaker meetings. better chances to hit on bitches outside having a smoke.

Now the NA meetings, those fuckers were wide open. The "old timers" there always seemed to have about 3 months of being drug free.

in my dumber days, i used to drive home after a night of partying (after an hour or two of sleepin it off or sobering up). I never came even close to having a wreck. Granted if I drove immediately when I was fucked up, i might not have been so lucky... I guess some people can't control their motor skills...

I frequently drive after drinking, but I think there's only been two times in my life that I honestly should not have been on the road. I regret those times and thank my lucky imps that nothing came of it. Usually if I've been drinking a little and need to leave, I'll pack a bowl or something and it evens me out.

I am scared of the DUI though. I blew a .07 in Wilmington a couple months ago, and felt COMPLETELY sober. Hadn't had a drink in hours, wasn't even that buzzed to begin with...he said he smelt beer on my breath and asked if I had been drinking, and I told him about the night and agreed to a breathalyzer since it had been so long and I felt 100% baseline...blew a .04 initially and it started climbing. I about shat a cinder block.
