No real MD affiliation, but when I was 10 I played for the local O's team, so I have been rooting ever since.

Are they gonna be good this year? Seems like we gave away all our players worth a flip over the past 4 years, but I guess things can change.

i o's have started 6-1 three times before...two of those times they made the playoffs...

those players didnt do anything but lose for a decade

this years roster is full of no-names, but they are intent on showing that they belong in the big leagues, so they're playing with more passion.

that being said, i fully expect to be in 2nd to last place by the all-star game.

looks like the Tejada move was good for both teams...Orioles are balling out, and Tejada is doing ok in Houston

how bout the Orioles and the Royals though...where tf did this come from???

^ Cards too. St Louis was supposed to suck this year. I still think the Os and Royals will be shitty, but the Royals have a pretty solid 1-3 and both teams have decent bullpens (Royals with Gobble and Soria).
