im a fan of hawaii this year because of their exciting offense. pretty disappointing to watch them get schooled this game. its pretty much cliche to point out their one-dimensionality, which is true, but they have been fun to watch until tonight. i still think brennan is better than you guys are giving him credit for on here, he has nothing to work with tonight.

I feel like this loss is going to hurt the mid majors so much more then the win by Boise helped last year. It wasn't a situation where UGA just had a great game and Hawaii was off, from the first snap you could just see that the athletes on the field were of a completely different caliber. Then again, I am not sure if there are more then 2 teams in the country right now that would keep it close with UGA and how they have been playing.

I still think Hawaii is a top 25 team, and would throw the ball all over us and Notre Dame. I saw them play 5 times this year, where is my 100$? Don't compare UGA's defense with Notre Dame or us.

They are not a BCS team, and like I said I think most teams in the country would have had their ass beat by UGA with how they are playing. I stick by what I said and I don't think that getting their ass beat proves Hawaii is a terrible team.

i think their bowl game blowout goes to show how overrated hawaii is. so what they went undefeated, they don't play anyone worth a damn. hawaii is a good football team, just not a top 20 at least. anyone can set ncaa records if they don't have any real competition.

Georgia could have hung 3 more TD's on them and not given up a TD had the score not been a disaster midway through the third quarter. Hawaii got lucky this season in a few of their games, I watched a little of the san jose game and it was everything brennan could do to win, same situation with Washington in Hawaii. Teams that escape Washington and San jose state stand no chance against a top 5 team, it's pretty cut and dry. When your offense is one dimensional against an SEC defense, you're toast. Why would anyone feel sorry for June Jones and Hawaii, especially after he slammed Tebow, out of context or not, he put Brennan ahead of Tebow, what a joke.

Hawaii does deserve to play in a better conference... but surely not a BCS game THIS year though.

Football out west has been diluted since the re-shuffling of the WAC and Mountain West division.

Regardless, the zeal of UH fans/alums and the attention has most certainly helped Hawaii in recruiting. Hawaii is a very lovable and unique team. I remember when UH destroyed BYU's dreams of taking a shot at the Title when Ty Detmer was the QB at BYU.
