I've read about women with decent breasts until their 50s/60s because they didn't wear bras. Something about bras atrophy the natural tone breasts have by holding themselves up.

D cups weigh about 3.2lb in total.

One cup size = 200cc
Fat weighs 0.9g per cc
200c x 0.9 = 180g
180g x 2 (boobs) = 360g (0.36kg/0.8lb)
D cup = 4 x 0.8 = 3.2lb

i see one problem with that math - a 34DD is the same (actual cup) size as a 36D, which would make a 36DD > than a 34DD, but that math doesnt take into consideration the differences in band and cup sizes

If the average is 5'4" and 160 lbs, that's definitely overweight.
135 is pretty "average."
For someone who is 5'4", 120 would be skinny but athletic-healthy.
Must under that, she'd be underweight.
I think about 120-125 is ideal for someone that height.

i'm 5'5.5 and I know I look the best at 125-130 (~size 2-4), but 130-135 (~size 4-6) is what I'm usually at. The last time I was ~120 I looked sick (according to one of my college friends who saw pics), but I don't think I'm really meant to be a size 0-2 with my frame
