They hired me before they saw me, it doesn't say that I'm black on my resume, and my name is "Ingmar" so.... I don't think my race had much to do with it. They needed someone who had exactly my skill set, so I passed with an interview over the phone

Also, I only get coffee for myself, I don't drive anyone around - I just manage our internal docketing system with a team of 3 other people. It's a pretty sweet gig actually.
