It's been a while since I bought these since they are pricey-- but they are excellent. They come in packets you mix or pre-made cans.

I bought this last night http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=IP-1026 and it is quite possibly the BEST tasting protein powder I have ever had-- and I've had dozens of different kinds. It mixes with 8oz of water almost effortlessly or can be added to skim milk. It's got 3g of fat - 7carbs - 20 protein per serving and tastes absolutely awesome.
