how long does it take for you to write your columns?

do you sit down at the brickyard or at a desk and just write what's on your mind? or do you draft stuff and make diagrams and be all formal about it?


i've always wondered how much effort writers put into their work for newspapers and such.

^^^ It usually takes me like an hour, hour and a half to write a column. I have to have inspiration for stuff.

I find that I have the most trouble with conclusions. I can't bring my thoughts together to end the one that's running tomorrow.
