no, they first became popular when they couldnt win the big game... learn some history. They werent even the top team in the 70s... which shows that its more than just "everyone support the top team"

Speaking of the Steelers... I went out to a bar to watch Jets games every Sunday since I moved to NC in '99... I NEVER saw any Steelers fans there until Big Ben's first season (the 15-1 year they got schooled by the Pats). Then there were wall to wall Steelers fans every weekend..

romo's not to blame...he got no protection from his o-line in the 2nd half and there were some pretty big drops...hell, on the 2nd to last toss, the receiver pulled up early, causing an overthrow that should have been a TD
