I hate this question more than any other.

[Edited on February 12, 2008 at 2:31 PM. Reason : I haven't maxed out in over 2 years.]

Uh, I used to exercise with 90-115 pounds (or some such). These days, I can only do 15-20 pushups. So probably not much.

I don't usually max out, but if I were to guess, I'd say 215. I can do 195 about five times, so I guess that's about right. Like other people have said, bench just hurts my shoulders too much. I've been sticking to dumbbells lately

yeah, i think could probably still do somewhere around 290-305, but i haven't tried in forever. i'm scared i'd tear a shoulder up.

the best I ever did was 350, at a weight of 182-183 lbs (just a couple of pounds less than I am now). I doubt I'll ever make it back to that level again...I just don't think my body will withstand that kind of workout routine anymore.

it's hard to find someone who will spot you without freaking out when you start getting over a certain amount. The last time I did 405, the guy spotting me wouldn't let go of the bar even after I told him to repeatedly.

[Edited on February 13, 2008 at 9:29 AM. Reason : and good luck finding a spotter when you're squatting heavy.]

high 100's if i had to guess now... then again the bench press does nothing for the sports I do that other exercises don't do better...

I got up to 415 in my prime when I was lifting heavy. Now I seldom workout with any weight over 275, but I think I could probably max around 350 or so.
