yeah, i think could probably still do somewhere around 290-305, but i haven't tried in forever. i'm scared i'd tear a shoulder up.
the best I ever did was 350, at a weight of 182-183 lbs (just a couple of pounds less than I am now). I doubt I'll ever make it back to that level again...I just don't think my body will withstand that kind of workout routine anymore. 2/13/2008 12:43:03 AM |

it's hard to find someone who will spot you without freaking out when you start getting over a certain amount. The last time I did 405, the guy spotting me wouldn't let go of the bar even after I told him to repeatedly.
