John Heder, or something... not sure on the first name, last is definitely Heder.
..Also, I actually don't always see him as Napoleon in later movies, considering he presents an entirely different image in almost everything else he's made.

^ I think it's Jon. But, yeah, I think he was kind of pissed that he was so deeply associated with Napoleon, and that's why he did Blades of Glory. Or at least that's what I heard, and I always believe everything I hear. 1/21/2008 8:57:27 PM |

to me this thread =/= thinking of every role that this person has been in to trump another's choice...it's a personal opinion of which actor you always remember for one character...ferris bueller (matthew broderick), dark helmet (rick moranis), and colonel sanders (geroge wyner ) are always those characters for me when i see them doing something else. 1/22/2008 7:12:16 AM |

Heh, yeah R. Lee Ermy was the first person who came to mind when I saw this thread. To be fair though, even THAT roll (FMJ) was derived from him actually being a gunnery sergeant. So... he's not actually even acting.1/22/2008 7:20:01 AM |

I realize Jon Heder has had different roles since, but I will always think Napoleon Dynamite when I see him. 1/22/2008 8:22:58 AM |

^^^You remember him from Walker, Texas Ranger. I remember him as the goto guy for every other lame 80's action movie:
Invasion USA - a few people that come over on a boat are taking over the United States by blowing up one neighborhood at a time.
The Octagon - Nice 80's style ninja movie.
Missing in Action - Norris' take on Rambo.
Booger, like Norris, was on Dodgeball.

Curtis Armstrong ("Booger") was so good in Ray that I can't let it go.
Macaulay was so good in Saved! that I can't forget that one, either.
And Tom Skerritt...WTF?! 1/22/2008 12:41:32 PM |
