wow who gives a bloody shit about 3 or 4g of sat fats in a bar if you're eating well elsewhere. I mean yeah adding on 3 or 4g more to a freaking big mac is gonna be bad but big freakin deal if you are eating relatively healthy, they are not ALL bad you need some.

^ Agreed. It was mostly a heads up b/c some people don't use bars are meal replacements, they use them as extra meals and meals between meals. It's at least worth noting the saturated fat content... I have yet to find a bar with protein that doesnt have some sat. fat.

This like one of the responses I got in the gatorade thread, after I commented that the bottled junk is nearly as effective at glycogen replacement as the powdered. Shut the fuck up and don't make assumptions about other people.

also if he had read the OP's post he would see that the rest of the diet is pizza and fast food, so fat content is definitely something i'm trying to watch
