wow who gives a bloody shit about 3 or 4g of sat fats in a bar if you're eating well elsewhere. I mean yeah adding on 3 or 4g more to a freaking big mac is gonna be bad but big freakin deal if you are eating relatively healthy, they are not ALL bad you need some. 1/31/2008 4:10:21 AM |

^ Agreed. It was mostly a heads up b/c some people don't use bars are meal replacements, they use them as extra meals and meals between meals. It's at least worth noting the saturated fat content... I have yet to find a bar with protein that doesnt have some sat. fat. 1/31/2008 6:51:56 AM |
