What we should be looking at here is not the catapult itself, but society's reactions to it.

Does the catapult remind you of anyone? Perhaps someone from your childhood?

Can you make connections to the catapult? What else in the world or your life is like a catapult?

Is the catapult just a "phase" that all kids go through?

do you feel like the helicopter, who gets enough lift force only to slide around to find he can't take off without the turntable?

Would the catapult's sexual preference be a factor?

Do you think it would make a difference if there were an additional turntable and a microphone?

The rotor would have to be powered by the jig-saw jazz, lift would then come from the get-fresh flow

^^ Yes, some DJ would then try to scratch the turntable, giving the helo some time to get up to speed.

Provided there were enough bottles and/or cans, I don't see how it would hurt.

It's too bad Beck didn't write a song about treadmills.
