I always imagined you'd go into nutrition or toxicology. Are you looking to do bioinformatics or anything re: food in the future?

^ Nutrition/exercise physiology is what I should have studied formally, but didn't. I still know enough on my own to get an A.S. degree in those.

Currently I am studying towards a personal trainer certification from the UK.

I hope to be self-employed one day as a free-lance nutrition and fitness consultant, or even have my own gym along with my wife (she qualified as a personal trainer a few months back; I am the one who introduced her to these things, and she did it before me!).

Ideally, I would have gotten a PhD in nutrition or exercise physiology, and gotten into research. Since that is not possible now, I can still do what I just said above.

Administrative Assistant on track to being an assistant manager. I’ve got my eye on a few different non-profit related management grad school programs though once I’ve finished paying off undergrad student loans. I’ve finished off one and getting closer on the remaining one. In the mean while I’m spending my non-day-job time working for campaigns. First as a volunteer for the Edwards for President campaign and now as an intern for the Jim Neal for Senate campaign.
