TreeTwista10 - Don't disagree with you about the Packer fan base.....every team, or most have a diehard base of fans. The Packer fans are no different.....and I haven't seem any team that hasn't had fans leave in the 3rd qtr....

Rufus - If you really believe that Favre stuck around to play bad football 2 out of his last 3 seasons for purely selfish reasons you are ignorant beyond reason.

i still won't be shocked if he comes back to play

maybe midway through next season if a 8-2 team loses their starting QB or something

Favre isnt' the best ever, but he deserves more credit than being given in this thread.

3 mvps, his packers only had one sub 500 year during his 17 years, couple superbowl visits, all significant qb records and a drug problem

you would have won a playoff game in a ten year olds life span.

I absolutely hate the Cowboys so I'm not disagreeing that Favre is a shitload better than both Bledsoe and Romo

Still though both of those guys have pretty decent winning percentages...and at least Bledsoe knew when it was time to retire

seriously though i dont know why i even brought up the cowboys...cause i fricking hate them

i fucking hate the packers

their fanbase is absolutely ridiculous - it dwarfs 80% of the nfl fanbases at least

NCSU kicked Favre's ass in the All-American bowl when he was at Southern Miss.

Take that Brett!

The worst part of Favre retiring is no more Deanna. Damn she's fine.

Anyone taking shots at Favre at this point after the career he has had is just trolling and should be ignored. There is valid dispute however on where he ranks in NFL history at the QB position. But there is no dispute he was great. So troll away Favre haters.

do you mean by numbers? I'm sure teams like the Steelers and Cowboys would disagree

If you've never been in Wisconsin for more than an hour and your actually trying to make a valid point. You're retarded.

I saw more packer fans at piggly wiggly than i see at panthers football games.

what do the panthers have to do with this? did i mention the panthers or did i mention the steelers and cowboys? i've seen more steelers fans at panthers/steelers games in charlotte than green bay fans at packers/panthers games in charlotte. exactly what point are you trying to make?
