Ben was never head chef material. He was a faker and not someone who paid attention to details.

Also, the way he talked shit about people was petty as shit. No way a good leader acts like that. I think he misinterpreted Ramsay's motivational techniques

Ben was all talk the first few episodes because he never had to do anything, but every time he had to cook since then he's been terrible, I mean worst on the guys team.

Matt is just annoying with the facial-gestures he keeps making, haha, but I did like the rivalry him and Ben had going with each other.

Right now I'm pulling for Bobby and Petrozza. And I loved how they showed Jen on the blue team in the previews for next week. That should work out well for them though, she is a pretty good cook, just seems to have an attitude problem. Rosanne needs to be the next one gone, she's terrible.

I'll be interested to see how it is that Jenn ends up on the blue team. I mean, from a strategic perspective, why would Rosann agree to letting the one person who's been in her corner consistently go to the other team?

Why wouldn't Corey go to the blue team where she's got an ally in Louross and where she can exploit the Petrozza-Bobby fracture?

Even though they made Jen look terrible the last episode, i still think she is the best cook -- maybe not very bright (how can she not see there is a happy medium between being completely controlling and completely introverted.

Bobby somehow gives me the same impression as Ben - a poser who wasn't been edited to look like a fuckup, yet. He and Jen are clearly the strongest, though.

All the other chicks are catty bitches who couldn't lead shit, Petroza doesn't seem to have a businessman's edge, and Matty is more woman than any woman on the show.

I wouldn't trust any of them to be an executive chef in a restaurant. They find people who are flawed as contestants to make the show more entertaining, because really we all watch it to see Gordon Ramsey call people donkeys.

I was just thankful to see Rosann finally leave. When Chef Ramsay told her to get back in the line I was like WHAT???? I knew he wouldn't get rid of Christina and although Matt really sucked it up tonight, Rosann has been doing consistently since night 1. gg on giving her the boot and as Chef Ramsay said, Matt is on borrowed time.

Good episode tonight. I especially liked the twists Ramsay through in at the end for the elimination and reshuffling of teams. It seemed obvious from the previews that next week the chefs will all be on one team during dinner service and even more obvious that Matt will be the one going home.

I been keeping up, and I think the Blonde Lady and Bobby seem to be at the top, but for some reason I think Bobby has been skating by a little. But maybe he just doing what it takes to keep things low and take care of business.

Matt has to go though, it seems he staying around for ratings...sweating in the fucking food...thats nasty as hell.

^ I agree except I'd probably put Petrozza ahead of Bobby. Of course they may have just been editing out what Bobby has been doing because he hasn't been messing up as much. With a few exceptions, Petrozza has been doing well. If only he'd keep his stations clean I think Ramsay would like him the most.

Also, can't wait to see Rock on next week's episode. He was my favorite chef from last season. It will be interesting to hear how his life has changed in the past year.

Jenn seems to be really good, but has an attitude that Ramsey wouldnt want to work with, so she is out.

The shorter blonde is nice, but doesnt seem good enough.

The taller bitchy blonde seems good enough, but is very conniving. I could see her winning or it blowing up in her face.

matty is kept around for laughs, no way he wins. he pouts like a 3 year old.. funny stuff though.

Bobby is pretty quiet and seems to do good work, he could win it.

Petroza is sloppy, but the chef likes him and he seems to do good work. I think he scored points with his decision making with the chef with the last elimination. I hope he wins.

Matt was the obvious choice. He's been on the chopping block for a long time. I was surprised he lasted this long. He never did anything lately to prove he should still be there. I think now the competition will really intensify. Now it will really be difficult to decide who to send home next.
