Meh, I was getting at the idea that Warhammer 40k was likely an inspiration to the creators of the original starcraft because of the similarities between the tyranids and zerg, eldar and protoss, and space marines and well... space marines. I still hear plenty of people talk like Games Workshop ripped their ideas off of starcraft even though those 3 races have been in their mythos since the 80's. It would be almost as unfair to claim that Blizzard ripped their ideas off from the Warhammer 40k tabletop games. There's nothing wrong with drawing on what you know and like if it's clearly not plagiarism.

So this game is pretty awesome. The single player is great fun.

Although I do think they may have taken too much from Company of Heroes, and not enough from the original Dawn of War.

Yeah it is, it's a lot of fun. I like the direction they took with the game, less base building, more blowing shit up. I need to jump into some multiplayer games.
