Google uses MySQL for a large part of (if not all) of it's search servers and open platform servers.
It uses Oracle for all of its account management and financials. That should tell you something

well, it tells me that they use MySQL to make money and Oracle to track their money. I would say both are mission critical operations. Google Search and all their platforms are hardly "candyland operations"4/15/2008 8:16:07 PM |
