yup...I've always got a glass of orange soda within easy reach (takes sip of orange soda) it's diet, though, so I don't get fat on that basis

bananas
strawberries
chicken
tuna
fish
steak
milk
block of mozzarella

if i want to be like everyone else and count these
fresh veggies
fresh fruits
frozen veggies
frozen fruit

but I'm of the opinion that these represent a huge chunk of my buggy, and
they get interchanged for variety and also what is in season/sale

gallon of skim milk
loaf of bread
some kind of snacking food (cookies, tub of icecream, etc)

bananas

apples

orange juice

water

avocados

ham

bread

naked juice

...... and everything else varies for each trip.. like meats/chicken/fish/oranges/junk food/beer..etc..
