Are the threads stripped? Or the top of the bolt? If the threads are stripped, you fucked up bad and it's probably going to cost you. If it's the bolt head, there are several ways to get it out... Any competent mechanic or machine shop should be able to remove it.

weld a socket to the stripped nut and just put a ratchet on it each time
