i'm actually debating gettin it for the wii rather than the 360. the graphics arent that important to me, the online league thing for the 360 sounds stupid so thats not a plus, and the wii has the "call your shot" mode, which sounds pretty cool. its also gotten really good reviews so far, and they fixed the game breaking glitches from last year's version.

is the backtrack thing (not the rewind, the breakdown by collinsworth) work for anyone when playing 2 player? it was skipping it for us earlier

^^ yeah mine kept skipping when playing 2 player, It may be because of the rewind option popping up... I dunno.

I played 4 online games and only 1 of them actually led to a final score. My first game got disconnected before we even started playing and it gave me a DNF rating of 100%


There needs to be an update, there seem to be a few bugs

Found it (I think):

Select the "smart" player with the light bulb icon and hold RT+LB to be able to read the opponents play... but you have to have a "charged" light bulb or something. I will try it out

Just picked it up today. played a few games with my nephew but WOW the graphics on the 360 are unreal in HD. and yea the black back was skippin on us too earlier on two player. I did the madden skills test thing. for rushing offense it said i was all madden. yea right I average like 10 yards runnin a game haha

the next update after that is suppose to come out today

just got it yesterday, up to a 600 IQ and undefeated playing against the computer 5-0

soon to go to online so i can whoop up

to me the rushing is difficult and i always suck at defense so thats no biggie...but I LOVEEEEEE the passing in this game, i can rip up some defenses...sickkkk nasty

rushing in the virtual vs. rushing in a game is completely different.

apparantly i was an all-madden caliber rusher but i can barely get 50-60 yards a game now.

and yea, i was all madden had every single run work fine in the virtual then i get in the game and AP is the only guy i can get to have 100 yards

and NE SUCKS on the run but can light it up passing

wish i could trade AP to the Pats

you have to have the timing right when you hit the juke buttons. Once you get the timing down, you can put two and three button combos together and get nasty in traffic.

I actually had my best rushing game last night but completely bombed on passing. I wish I had and HDTV, I'm sure that would help me see the receivers a little bit better.

But honestly, play action has zero effect against the computer. It's like my protection just folds. And rolling out, they seem to always react to that, its unbelievable.
