Andy North is saying that Tiger is showing the same behavior that he had when he was recovering from knee surgery on the PGA (he had it 4 times). Woods is NEVER the kind of person to make/show an excuse. If anything he would go out of his way to hide an injury. Woods also has absolutely nothing to prove so trying to be like "oh shit, that shot sucks. I better act like my knee hurts" makes no sense. Hell, he was +2 on the first 3 holes and he wasn't showing pain then.

^^Dude every bad drive he hit he bent over and acted like he was going to die. But when he made that first eagle putt he was dancing around like Jason Taylor. These are simply obvious things we are noticing. If his knee was that bad he would not be able to swing 120 MPH I don't care what anyone says.

I don't remember him showing obvious pain until about hole 15, and that eagle was before that. If you'll notice on 17 with the chip in he just stood there, same thing with the eagle on 18. He also showed visible pain after his second shot on 18 which was a damn good shot.

Like I said, he has never been one to be dramatic... In fact, people always say he has no personality..

If he shows pain, he is in pain.

** Westwood looks most likely to win right now...

^ That's definitely a phenomenon but it's not present today so far.

Westwood through 8 is 1 over.
Ogilvy through 8 is 1 under.
Mediate through 8 is 1 over.
Els through 12 is 1 under.
Karlsson through 11 is even.

Woods through 8 is 3 over.

all Tiger really has to do is play par golf, especially on that Par 5, lay up give yourself a chance at Birdie.

Gonna come down to 18.. Rocco needs to make 4 or it's going to an 18 hole playoff.

Rocco got a par. Westwood and Woods need a birdie on 18 to tie.

He is getting older, and he's coming back from injury. He's still the best golfer in the world, but he's not 25 anymore.
